Please return your application to the Dr. Bruce Felgenhauer (Room 235 Billeaud Hall OR his mailbox in the main office of Billeaud) associated with each of the scholarships listed. Do NOT return the application to the ULL Scholarship office. In addition, please attach all college transcripts (transcripts issued to student is acceptable). Please place your application and college transcripts in a large brown envelope addressed labeled “Your name, date, and PPS Scholarships.”
