This is the first meeting of the Spring 2018 Semester. Dr. Katherine Thimmesch, a dentist, is our guest speaker for this meeting. Please dress professionally to the meeting.
Our final meeting of the semester will be held in Billeaud Hall room 117 at 5:00 p.m.. We are excited to have Dr. David Guidry as our speaker. See you all there!
Welcome PPS Members! We are excited for our first meeting of the Fall 2018 Semester, and we hope to see everyone there! At this meeting, we will go over general membership information, dues, volunteer opportunities, and other exciting news for this upcoming year! The meeting will be in Billeaud Hall room 117 starting at 5:00 p.m. As always, we will provide pizza after the meeting.
The fist bake sale will be held from 10am-2pm on both Wednesday and Thursday. Please turn in baked goods (must be homemade) to Dr. Felgenhauer's office with your name, classification, and ULID on an index card. Each dozen of baked goods is one individual hour, you can obtain a maximum of 4 individual hours per semester through baked good submissions. Email ullppsvolunteerco@gmail.com to sign up to work the bake sale for group hours!
Our giveback night at Grub will allow you to obtain up to 3 individual hours when you mention PPS to your waiter/waitress. Bring your friends and family for a great night with PPS!
The second meeting of the semester will feature Dr. Weir, associate dean of student affairs at William Carey University School of Osteopathic Medicine. We will also hold elections for Freshman Representative. This meeting will be held in BLD room 117 at 5:00 p.m.. We ask everyone to dress professionally to all meetings.
1 dozen baked goods/1 individual hr. You can earn a Max of 4 individual hours per semester from baking.
Drop off goods in Doc's office (BLD 235) Tuesday morning before 10A.M.
Turn in an index card with your name, CLID, classification, amount of baked goods you brought and the bake sale date. (you still need to submit these hours online)
NO STORE BOUGHT BAKED GOODS! Please be creative with your baking, diversity brings in more donations!
